Once upon a time the Hubs and I bought new shiny iPhone 4S’. We outfitted them with new screen covers to keep them clean and scratch free and new cases to keep them from breaking. Then, one day the Q dude threw my phone, the Dubs, on the floor and it broke a little bit. Just in the corner. Nothing a little super glue and time couldn’t fix.
But then, the Q dude did it again and it broke. It broke real good. It was a sad day for the Dubs and the Mama Dubs because the Mama Dubs really liked her case. It was white and funky and just right for her. It was part of the fancy Andy Warhol collection and it was c.o.o.l.
But like most cool things that come into contact with little toddler mischievous hands, it died a slow and painful death.
So yesterday, while I was in Pleasanton in the middle of the day. – Why? you might ask. Was I in Pleasanton in the middle of the day. Well, that’s a story for another day.- But while I was there I stopped by the shiny Apple store and noticed one. that my name is still shining in all it’s shiny glory on the iPad screen. and two. that there WAS another case out there that the Dubs and the Mama Dubs could love.
And so, the lion fell in love with the lamb. I mean, the phone fell in love with the case. Welcome to the crazy Dubs family new fancy iPhone case. I hope you stick around longer than your predecessor.
