So…. you know that time of the month – when you have no patience, no time and no ability to say no to the extra thing of french fries that someone didn’t finish eating. Yeah – you know what I’m talking about. Well, for me, it’s right around this time that I find a salt water detox to be SUPER helpful. It not only keeps things moving on the insides, but it helps beat the bloat in all the right ways. Doesn’t a bloat free month sound super fab!

Here’s what the salt water detox is all about, and why so many nutritionists, health and fitness coaches and crunchy mamas love this natural technique. Not only does it work, it works without the use of drugs, or extra toxins which is a serious deal breaker for me. It’s a great way to get and keep things moving on the inside so you can keep pushing hard on the outside.

I am crunchy at my core – being the daughter of a chiropractor, and now the wife of one too! So for anyone who needs a little help getting their digestive track, back on track this natural detox is the tops. I do it once a day for 3-5 days, first thing in the morning, and notice a significant difference that very first day. Go ahead, give it a try! I dare ya. 😉

DETOX

1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Stir together
Drink first thing upon waking up in the morning
Have a fabulous rest of the day!
