Good golly miss Molly, it’s bloody HOT here right now! We went from 70• to 97• in a three day period. Um.. what happened to the wind up. You know, that part where things slowly turn from spring showers to summer flowers, or something like that. I think lady nature must be having hot flashes or something. She has celebrated her 26th birthday at least 2000 times. I’m just sayin’.

All this heat has left me wanting some less than warm but not quite cold food these days. Yesterday, I had a luke-warm burrito. It was kinda gross, but then again, it was kinda gross outside too.
That’s right, I said burrito.
This Mexican food hater had a burrito for lunch yesterday.
I think these cutesy little fruit pizzas are just what the doctor ordered. That and a nice sugary ice tea, or lemonade, whatever floats your boat. Yum!
