Sunday was our Church Stake conference up on Temple hill. It was the first fully sunny day all week, although still a bit brisk. But beggars can’t be choosers. Eric stayed home with the Q dude who had a nasty cough and I went to conference all by myself. Which meant that I actually got to listen to the entire thing.
I may have cried.
A lot.
I blame the hormornies.
Eric sold our gen 2 Apple TV so I made a quick stop by the Bay Street Apple store in Emeryville to pick up our new gen 3. Lemme just say. Wow! 1080 px makes a HUGE difference.

There was a Trader Joe’s just down the street so I made a quick stop for a few items. I do love how you can always find the same things at every Trader Joe’s you go to. But maneuvering a non-regular to me TJ’s is tricky. It was laid out so differently that it took me at least three passes to find everything. But find it I did, and happily got it all home along with a nice full tank of gas for the Camry.
I really missed my Q dude during my four hours out and about, but I got sooo much done without having to take him in and out of the car and worry about his nap and whether he would stay awake long enough for me to make it through the store, and, yeah. But seriously, I really missed him.
