Recipe adapted from Food Coma
Ingredients
Pineapple
Spinach – Sliced or diced to your liking
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
A bit of Peach jam – or your favorite fruity pizza sauce
Sea Salt*
Red Pepper Flakes*
Crispy Crunchy Crust:
Warm water
1pkg instant yeast
2 C flour
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 Tbs Olive Oil
Recipe
Dissolve the yeast in the water, set aside. Combine flour, sugar, salt and olive oil. Stir in water and mix until a dough ball forms. Knead that dough ball. Then place in an oiled bowl, cover and allow to rest for 1 hour. Then roll out on a floured surface, as thin as you can. Place on a baking sheet or Pizza stone and top with toppings. Bake at 350 F for 15-18 minutes.
