I love iced beverages. I’ve been seeing links for iced coffee all over the web these past weeks. As the weather heats up and the body wants to cool down, what’s better than a nice, large cup of iced… something. I don’t drink coffee, at least, not much. I will admit, it’s a guilty pleasure of mine. One of those lingering effects of a rebellious LDS youth in Northern Idaho, which by the way is so close to Seattle you can practically smell it. Have I ever mentioned that I almost moved to Seattle? It was right after high school. I’d still like to live there someday. But I digress…
