the great tahoe toddler adventure

He fell asleep in the Trader Joes cart while shopping for Tahoe.
Yes, that’s Quinn. Asleep. In the Trader Joes shopping cart. Poor kiddo was just wiped out from a full day at the sitter’s house without a nap. If only he knew how awesome naps were, maybe he wouldn’t fight them so hard. He did manage to make it all the way to the checkout counter before passing out and needing to be carried. Which means we did get to finish our pre-Tahoe shopping trip. Wahoo!
First sledding adventure. #masterquinn
We started off our Tahoe adventure with a bit of sledding. The snow was pretty sad, but there was enough on the front lawn that he and Auntie could go ‘wee’ for a bit. I think his gloves kinda freaked him out though. He kept holding his hands straight in front of him as if he didn’t know what to do with them. Too funny!

What our Co-sleeping weekend in Tahoe looks like.
Master Quinton got a cold about 2.5 seconds after we arrived and refused to sleep in his port-a-crib, which meant we got to co-sleep all weekend. This how that adventure looked. Basically, Quinn takes over the bed while Momma and Dadda try their hardest to simply stay on it. But heaven forbid you move the Q dude, because he will let you know that is not okay! (Eric may have tried that one. It took a bottle and half and a half dozen songs to get him back to sleep.)
Church with #masterquinn
Well, the church in Tahoe is true too. Isn’t that just super duper. Quinn looked rather dapper in his shirt and tie, and he had the time of his life flirting with TeTe during sacrament meeting. This kid kills me I tell ya! Just kills me.
One of the best parts of car tips. #masterquinn
Everyone finally got some R&R on the drive home, how ironic is that. But, I would totally do it all again if it meant spending another great weekend with my family and friends.
Thanks for the great weekend Whitney, Ashley, Christy & Family.

Oh, and happy Monday!!!
