From the California to the New York island
From the Redwood Forest, to the gulf stream waters
This land was made for you and me…
I love this land! Like, legit love it. I love every little bit about it. From its peaks and valleys to its creepy crawlers. It all excites me and lights my soul on fire. (Though admittedly I do squash an occasional creepy crawler.)
It makes me sing praises and shout hallelujah to the heavens. To see so much beauty and splendor and to know that it was created for me. Little old imperfect me. That brings me to knees every time.
To be able to celebrate this land and all its splendor is such a blessing. Shooting fireworks into the sky as a patriotic act of valor must bring a smile to God’s eyes. He loves to see his children happy. He loves to see YOU and ME happy and praising him in whatever way we think to.
So tomorrow night as I light my fireworks and enjoy the crazy moments with my crew I’ll know who put that feeling of sweet joy in my heart and I’ll be saying a not so silent thank you. 🙏🏻 I hope you will too. ❤
