Oh hey Monday! Any one else wake up Monday mornings ready to slay?! Or is it just me? I’m willing to bet the Sunday naps help, but there’s just something about Monday mornings that give me a crazy burst of energy. Regardless of which day of the week it is, here’s a fun abs, arms & buns workout to help get that blood pumping and those muscles tight! As a 6month postpartum twin mama I appreciate any workout that will work my core muscles from every angle. Heaven knows how stretched out they’ve been and how much work it is to get them back together.
