Happy FALL!!!
Are you ready for it? For the pumpkins and decorations, the deep, rich colors, the layers and layers of clothes and the food. Oh the food! We had a great week off to finish September, and now it’s back to the grind stone.
But even with the grind stone grinding away I still manage to find a few minutes nano seconds to do some exercises. And let me tell you, it makes all the difference. I know after I had Quinn he and I would go on nice long walks almost every day. It was such a relaxing time to get out of the house and the crazy and just spend a moment with my thoughts, and my adorable baby. It’s a whole lot harder trying to go on nice long walks with three, but one of these days we’ll do it. For now, it’s sit-ups and elastic bands at home for me. Plus a few seconds of yoga or whatever I can manage to squeeze in.

3. A few quick moves for thinner looking legs.
4. While I sure wouldn’t mind these abs, I’ll settle for some are simply toned right now.
Body rock is a great way to blast those abs back into shape.
