It’s no secret that Piyo is my go-to workout. Trying to loose 15+ pounds? Piyo. Trying to tone and tighten things back up? Piyo. Need a quick workout without a lot space? Piyo.
Why? Because it’s by far one of the best body weight exercises on the market, IMHO.
If you’re like me, once you finish a program then the real work begins, because I love to go back through the program and hit it even harder. Work it even longer. And add in a little ‘extra’ to raise the difficulty level. Don’t get me wrong, Piyo is plenty challenging on it’s own, I just luuurve to give myself even more of a challenge.
