Bacon-wrapped scallops

Ree Drummond makes magic in the kitchen. Not to mention, she takes killer photos of her tasty treats. Anything bacon is a-okay by me and my boys. Wrap it around some fish and you’ve lost Eric but made a best friend in me for ever and ever. Like, I might stalk your house expecting more bacon-y seafood treats. Watch out now!
As soon as this rain stops – which I am loving by the way – I’m putting these little beauties on my meal planner and busting out my grill. Yeehaw! (a little over the top? Okay, maybe you’re right… but I’m for sure wearing my cowgirl boots while making these. Just cuz.)
