So I’ve decided to finally start work out a bit again. I’m going to focus mainly on abs. maybe do a 15 day challenge? I’ll post some photos and updates on how it goes along with any tips I pick up along the way.
The long and short of the workout – some planking, a lot of grunting and some sweet abs to write home about.
hard work… yeah, I know a little bit about that.
Like, installing a ceiling fan while seven months pregnant, is hard work.
Or calling a winner for the nose eating contest. it’s not as easy as it looks.
oh and creating a fancy new facebook page just for this little blog. wowza, that was a lot of work!
But you know what? you guys are so worth it!
In other news, if you take a few toy cars to bed with you, you have instant play time
when you wake up the next morning. And now you know.
